When purchasing at Husted Restaurants, you accept the following general conditions:


Ordering and delivery
Tickets are purchased and advance payment is made online via the restaurant's website. When ordering, you enter your name, e-mail address and card details. Once the payment has been completed, the ticket and the information will be sent per e-mail to the e-mail address that you specified in connection with ordering.


Prices and fees
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT. The stated prices on the tickets do not include any card fee.


Advance payment for events and payment of tickets is made when ordering with a debit card or Mobilpay. The payment is immediately debited from your payment card when you have completed your order. The following cards can be used: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB.

In 2021, a new EU requirement for online shopping came into force. This means that you must approve payments online with either MitID or an SMS code, also known as two-factor authentication. This is to give you greater security and identification when making online payments. If you have problems getting codes sent or approving with your MitID, you must contact NETS or your bank.


Creditcard fee
Payment cards are subject to a fee if possible.


Right of withdrawal
According to the "Act on Consumer Agreements § 18 subsection 2, no. 12", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of cancellation, and the ticket cannot therefore be refunded unless the event is not carried out. You cannot therefore get the money back or change your purchased tickets.


Cancellation due to statutory guidelines
If events are canceled on the basis of official Danish statutory guidelines, which must be complied with, the full amount will be refunded back to your payment card, after which you will be notified per mail.

If you are prevented from participating in an event due to foreign restrictions, the responsible organizer decides whether your payment must be refunded. If you are interested in more information before purchasing your tickets, please contact the specific restaurant directly.

Refunds will not be made in the event of illness or fear of infection - unless this has been agreed with the restaurant.

Refund in the event of non-fulfilment of the event
Purchased tickets are only refunded to the ticket buyer and only in the event of cancellation. Fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, the ticket buyer is informed directly and the refund is made by refund to a desired account number. Refunds are made no later than 10 working days after Husted Restaurants has officially canceled the event.


Limitation of liability and reservations
Husted Restaurants reserves the right for any typing and/or printing errors on our websites

Any complaints or compensation claims must be addressed to Husted Restaurants.
